Creative Marketing Internship

What You Will DoIn all of your duties, you will have a relentless, obsessive, yet disciplined approach to manage all details to perfection and deliver desired results.

• Produce graphics that align with the C Spire style guide and support company initiatives, positioning, and brand strategy.• Deliver creative elements for digital and print marketing including HTML emails, social ads, digital banners, in-store displays, and sales collateral.• Collaborate in team brainstorms, company-wide meetings, and contribute creative solutions when needed.• Partner with internal departments to gather input for projects and assignments.• Design informed by data and research to ensure effectiveness in reaching target audiences.• Follow established Marketing Department processes while driving inventive creative approaches.• Perform additional duties as assigned.

In addition to that, we require:• Active enrollment in an accredited college or university, as a junior, senior, or graduate student in good standing.• Pursuit of a degree in Marketing, Graphic Design, or a related field of study.• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.• Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite on an Apple Mac platform.• Familiarity with Microsoft Office and Excel.• Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

We will give special consideration to candidates who have:• Experience with HTML and CSS.• Animation or video design experience.• A demonstrated comprehension of the full design process.
