Position Summary:

In the Creative Marketing Operations Manager role, you will oversee and optimize our organization's creative and marketing operations processes while providing strategic direction to the PMO (Project Management Office). You will be responsible for building and leading high-performing teams, managing workflows, resources, and relationships across internal teams, freelancers, and creative vendors while ensuring efficient budget utilization and project execution from conception to completion.

• Foster partnerships with senior stakeholders and executive team members.
• Build strategic relationships with artists and agency representatives to secure up-and-coming talent.
• Establish and maintain strong internal partnerships across departments.
• Lead cross-departmental collaboration and communication initiatives.
• Drive the evaluation and implementation of creative technology solutions.
• Establish and monitor KPIs for project success and team performance.
• Ensure quality standards are met across all creative deliverables.
• Oversee digital asset management systems and creative technology & workflow platforms.
• Drive portfolio-level project planning and execution timelines.

Do YOU Meet These Requirements?

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or related field or equivalent combination of education and additional years of relevant experience.
• 7-9 years of Creative Operations Management or similar role.
• 4-6 years of experience leading and managing creative teams.
• 4-6 years of demonstrated experience in marketing operations budget management at scale.
