Description
Our client, a American Multinational Clothing and Accessories Retailer company, is looking for a Creative/Marketing - Production Manager for their New York, NY location.
Responsibilities:
The Event Producer, Virtual, Hybrid & Live Events is the connective tissue between content strategy and technical execution across client most high-profile moments earnings weeks, town halls, all hands, conferences, and leadership summits.
Serve as the primary production lead on keynote and large-scale broadcast events, managing everything from show flow architecture and speaker preparation to live direction and post-event debrief.
The ideal candidate has deep fluency in advanced Zoom production and virtual event platforms, an instinct for audience engagement in distributed environments, and the composure to make real-time decisions during live broadcasts in front of thousands of employees and stakeholders.
This is a contract role covering a parental leave, with the expectation of full workload ownership from day one.
You will step into an active portfolio of high-profile enterprise events and be trusted to deliver without a transition period.
Event content & production management:
Lead content and production execution across virtual, hybrid, and live enterprise events from early planning through live show and post-event wrap
Partner with program stakeholders to design the full event experience: technical agenda, show flow, audience engagement strategy, and production quality standards aligned to each event's goals
Serve as the primary keynote and general session production liaison between the core events team, client AV, external technology partners, third-party agencies,
and internal stakeholders
Direct live broadcasts in real time, making confident production calls in partnership with the events team and technical crew
Manage simultaneous workstreams across multiple events at varying stages of production without losing precision on any of them
Speaker & presenter management:
Own end-to-end speaker management: communications, scheduling, tech checks, rehearsals, recordings, and live appearances for internal and external presenters
Provide on-camera coaching and presentation guidance to executives and senior leaders, ensuring every speaker is confident, prepared, and on-message before going live
Coordinate all presenter resources and support systems; ensure nothing is left to chance on show day
Lead pre-event table reads, stakeholder reviews, and full rehearsals, facilitating alignment between content leads and production team
Work closely with content leads to integrate all presentation elements — slides, video, live demos, remote speakers — into a cohesive, polished show
Process design & operational excellence:
Build and maintain repeatable production processes for enterprise event delivery scalable enough to serve a complex, matrixed organization and precise enough to hold up under pressure
Own all production documentation: timelines, session logistics, rehearsal and tech check schedules, cue sheets, and run-of-show documents
Develop and manage content collection and delivery processes: track presentation versions, follow up on missing assets, and ensure all final materials are consolidated and accounted for in advance of each show
Lead structured post-event production debriefs covering technical performance, content quality, and process client; translate findings into actionable improvements
Maintain and continuously optimize production templates and tools for the broader events team
Cross-functional partnership
Collaborate closely with the Events team and cross-functional partners in client,
Communications, Workplace Experience, and other business units to ensure cohesive, on-brand execution
Facilitate alignment between content strategy and event production for high-profile meetings, conferences, and leadership events
Participate in regular core team and production meetings, and represent the production function confidently in ad hoc stakeholder discussions
Partner with external technical production vendors and third-party agencies, managing scope, timelines, and accountability on deliverables
Requirements:
5–8 years of experience in event production, content management, or live broadcast production in a corporate or agency environment
Deep, hands-on expertise producing large-scale events on Zoom webinars, town halls, all-hands broadcasts, and multi-session conferences including advanced
host and production controls
Demonstrated experience producing keynotes and general sessions for large audiences, with full ownership of show flow and on-site or remote direction
Experience working in large, matrixed organizations with multiple concurrent stakeholder groups and competing priorities
Familiarity with enterprise collaboration tools, digital asset management systems, and broadcast production or live streaming environments
Bachelor's degree in communications, media production, marketing, or a related field; equivalent experience considered
Technically fluent across virtual event platforms, broadcast production tools, and enterprise AV environments — you know the stack and can troubleshoot it under pressure
Exceptionally organized with strong process design instincts; you build systems that others can rely on
Calm and decisive in high-pressure live environments the person the room looks to when something unexpected happens
Executive presence and communication skills strong enough to coach senior leaders and hold a room of stakeholders
A strategic thinker who sees audience engagement not as a feature but as the point and designs for it from the start
