    About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to manage projects across the full Creative Marketing life cycle. This person will support all functions within the Creative Team, including Production, Digital Design, and Print/Packaging Design.

This candidate will be responsible for liaising with cross-functional departments including Brand Marketing, Performance Marketing, eCommerce, and Creative to ensure complex projects are delivered seamlessly and on time. The ideal candidate has a deep understanding of creative workflows and can build accurate resourcing plans accordingly. PMP certification is a plus.

    What You'll Be Doing:

Creative Marketing Project Planning and Execution

    • Develop comprehensive project plans, timelines, and milestones spanning all phases of go-to-market and creative development, from pre and post production through design, artwork execution, and release
    • Oversee project workflows by delegating tasks, establishing priorities, and ensuring team alignment
    • Create and own project plans outlining deliverables, timelines, and resource needs, and monitor progress using project management tools to make timely adjustments
    • Manage resources effectively to ensure timely completion within scope and budget

    Creative Collaboration and Resourcing

    • Collaborate closely with the Creative team, including Art Directors and Designers, to see projects through from start to finish
    • Lead project timelines against marketing calendars and manage the creative life cycle end-to-end
    • Coordinate pre and post production, including photoshoot timelines and retouching trafficking, ensuring final assets are ready by design kick-off
    • Lead artwork trafficking with Designers for both new packaging development and digital marketing assets
    • Accurately allocate creative resources and evaluate team availability based on a clear understanding of project timelines and workflows

    Cross-Departmental Collaboration

    • Serve as the central point of contact between departments, fostering collaboration and alignment across goals and strategies
    • Facilitate communication and information sharing between teams to optimize project outcomes and minimize conflicts
    • Own digital file management to ensure cross-functional information efficiency

    Strategic Alignment

    • Work closely with cross-functional teams to translate company-wide objectives into actionable departmental plans
    • Align department-level goals with broader company strategies to ensure a coherent, unified approach

    Stakeholder Management

    • Engage with stakeholders at all levels to gather requirements, provide progress updates, and address concerns proactively
    • Build and maintain strong internal relationships to support project success

    Risk Management

    • Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to address them effectively
    • Monitor project performance and implement corrective actions to maintain adherence to timelines and quality standards

    What We're Looking For:

    • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or related field
    • PMP certification highly desirable
    • 5+ years of project management experience focused on creative workflow, preferably in a cross-functional environment within a consumer products company
    • Strong understanding of production processes and the full go-to-market lifecycle
    • Proven track record managing complex projects from initiation to completion, on time and within budget
    • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
    • Strategic thinker with a proactive approach to problem-solving
    • Ability to drive alignment across business units with urgency
    • Proficiency in project management tools such as Asana
    • Experience with a Digital Asset Management system a plus
