Description:
A major apparel retailer is looking for an Assistant Brand Manager to join the Growth Marketing team. In this role, you will serve as the operational engine behind key marketing programs, keeping campaigns on track and ensuring flawless execution across paid media and in-store channels. You will create and maintain brief shells in Martech tools, manage reporting setup and asset line items, conduct thorough QA on paid media assets across platforms like Meta and Google, route content to external agency partners, own end-to-end delivery of small promotional content projects, and serve as the primary owner for store signage communications. This is an entry-level role ideal for someone who thrives on accountability, is deeply curious about how marketing works, and is ready to build foundational skills across brand, retail, and digital marketing.

Requirements for the role:

Strong written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency in Google Suite or Microsoft Office

Education and Experience:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field (preferred)

Exposure to in-store or shopper marketing, signage production, or retail operations
