Description: Creative Producer to support our internal agency on integrated brand and marketing campaigns across film, photo, digital, social, OOH, and emerging platforms.

- Lead end-to-end production across video and photo projects
- Partner with Creative, Strategy, Marketing, Legal, and external vendors
- Translate concepts into actionable production plans, scopes, and budgets
- Manage RFPs, crews, timelines, and delivery across multiple platforms
- Support pitch development and production strategy as needed
- Ensure brand and storytelling alignment throughout execution
- Operate confidently on set and in fast-moving, high-visibility environments
Minimum Qualifications
- Agency and/or integrated production experience
- Proven track record managing multi-channel campaigns
- Strong vendor management and budget oversight skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Comfort working independently while embedding into internal teams
- Ability to balance creative ambition with operational rigor
- Willingness to travel as needed
- Real estate or lifestyle storytelling experience is a plus.
