The AWS Brand & Creative team is looking for an organized, detail-oriented, and self-starting Creative Program Coordinator to support AWS Brand development projects. The Brand team is leading a collaborative effort to evolve the AWS brand, establishing a durable foundation to inform everything we make, say, and do-driving meaningful business outcomes. As part of this work, the team operates across brand strategy, design, and copywriting to create a distinct and unified experience for our customers.

The Creative Program Coordinator will support the AWS Brand Program Lead to drive the creative process. They will be tasked with project-level duties such as maintaining schedules, managing assets and deliverables, coordinating resourcing, and supporting staffing needs as necessary. They will be expected to manage multiple small to medium-sized brand projects simultaneously.

As a Creative Program Coordinator, you will support the development and management of the AWS Brand system, helping to drive key brand identity initiatives from concept through delivery. You will coordinate creative workflows, track project milestones, and help ensure cross-functional alignment across internal teams and external agency partners. This role supports high-visibility brand projects and contributes to the execution of creative processes across multiple content types and channels.

The ideal candidate will have demonstrated experience coordinating creative projects and workflows. You will be adept at succeeding in dynamic and fast-paced environments, managing competing priorities, and building solid working relationships. You will earn the trust of your peers, stakeholders, and partners; demonstrate bias for action and problem-solving skills; and maintain clear and concise communication across all initiatives.

This is an exciting opportunity to meaningfully contribute to a priority initiative for the AWS Brand team and larger Marketing organization, helping to shape a recognizable and unified brand experience at scale.

Key job responsibilities

  • Help build and maintain project plans, timelines, and deliverable trackers alongside the Brand Program Lead
  • Gather project inputs and help compile information for creative briefs
  • Schedule and support creative reviews and working sessions; capture and distribute notes and action items
  • Collect asset specs, maintain trackers, and follow up with owners to drive on-time delivery
  • Assist with day-to-day agency coordination, ensuring alignment with brand standards and project timelines
  • Prepare internal and external communications on brand updates, process changes, and milestones for review
  • Compile weekly status updates, flagging risks and timeline shifts
  • Proactively surface roadblocks and escalate to the Brand Program Lead
  • Support improvements to brand guidance, tools, and team workflows that increase efficiency and delivery quality
