IDR is seeking a Creative Project Manager to join one of our top clients for an opportunity in Memphis, TN. This role involves supporting a dynamic marketing team focused on creative campaigns and initiatives, ensuring seamless project coordination and workflow management. Position Overview for the Creative Project Manager:
- Support the Solutions & Enablement team by organizing, managing, and tracking creative marketing projects.
- Partner closely with Creative Leaders, Project Managers, and senior leadership to ensure campaign timelines, deliverables, and approvals are maintained efficiently.
- Manage multiple high-visibility marketing initiatives, supporting workflows from initial intake to final delivery.
- Maintain accurate project tickets, timelines, and dependencies to promote team productivity.
- Proactively identify risks or delays, and facilitate communication across cross-functional teams to keep projects on track.
Requirements for the Creative Project Manager:
- 25+ years of Project Management or Project Coordination experience.
- Experience supporting Marketing, Creative, Communications, Events, or Agency teams.
- Proven experience managing multiple projects/campaigns simultaneously.
- Strong experience creating and managing project timelines, milestones, and deadlines.
- Experience coordinating work from initial intake through final delivery.
