Produce high-quality promotional spots, including commercials, station image campaigns, and program promotions
Write creative copy that engages audiences and delivers results
Shoot and edit video content using professional equipment and editing software
Collaborate with sales, news, and programming teams to develop effective promotional strategies
Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines
Maintain and organize production equipment and media assets
Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies in broadcast production
Participate in brainstorming sessions to develop innovative promotional concepts
Bachelor's degree in Broadcasting, Communications, Marketing, or related field preferred, or equivalent years of experience
Generally, 2+ years of experience in broadcast production or related field
Valid driver's license, good driving record, and ability to provide proof of insurance with the company required insurance limits
Strong creative vision with excellent storytelling abilities
Proficiency in video editing software (Adobe Premiere, After Effects, or similar platforms)
Experience with camera operation and lighting techniques
Excellent writing skills with attention to detail
Strong organizational and time management abilities
Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
Knowledge of current trends in advertising and promotional content
Flexibility to work varied hours including evenings and weekends as needed
Ability to lift and carry production equipment
