About the Role:
We're looking for a Creative Strategist to lead the creative direction for one of our social channels. Reporting to a Lead Creative Strategist, you'll shape the channel's creative strategy from the ground up building series, developing evergreen programming, and tapping into cultural moments that drive reach and engagement. You'll balance brand integrity with risk-taking, working within established principles while constantly pushing for breakthrough creative. Whether you're directing an external agency, partnering with brand and channel teams, or picking up a camera yourself you'll be deeply involved in making the content great.

Their work drives innovation, improves advertising outcomes, and sets new standards for creative quality and personalization in the industry.

Typical Day-to-Day in the role:
  • Quest Channel - developing concepts
  • Art and Creative direction
  • Working with editors to produce assets promptly
  • Creativity strategy working with the leads who own the channel
  • Hit deadlines for key moments
  • KTBR (keep the business running)
  • Understanding social format and social trends
  • Ensuring the content aligns with trends

What You'll Do:
  • Drive the end-to-end creative strategy for the channel, including risk-taking, series development, evergreen programming, and trend-driven content
  • Proactively tap into cultural and platform trends to drive breakthrough creative; stay current with emerging social media trends, platform updates, and audience behaviors relevant to products
  • Own creative quality and consistency ensure storytelling, design, and tone of voice are excellent across all channel content, maximizing reach and engagement in alignment with the Channel Lead and Lead Creative Strategist
  • Provide art direction for channel content giving creative direction, overseeing visual execution, and ensuring brand standards are met
  • Participate directly in content creation beyond concepting filming, shooting, and crafting content for social channels when applicable
  • In partnership with the Channel team, assign series, templates, and formats to briefs to optimize product storytelling and drive meaningful engagement
  • Ensure all content adheres to established creative principles and channel POV; collaborate closely with Lead Creative Strategists to maintain creative alignment
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with Brand Creative teams; partner with the Channel team to manage approvals and reviews
  • Collaborate across channel teams and with fellow Channel Creatives to develop breakthrough creative concepts, share best practices, and foster a culture of innovation and shared creative ownership
  • Champion creative experimentation and continuous improvement within the team

Must-haves Qualifications:
  • 7+ years of experience in creative strategy for social channels
  • Experience developing end-to-end content strategies, including series development, evergreen programming, and trend-driven content
  • Ability to art direct provide clear creative direction, oversee visual execution, and uphold brand standards
  • Experience managing external creative agencies: briefing, reviewing, and quality-checking output
  • Hands-on content creation skills (filming, shooting, crafting assets for social)
  • Strong understanding of platform-specific trends, formats, and audience behaviors
  • Track record of cross-functional collaboration with brand, channel, and strategy teams

Nice-to-haves Qualifications:
  • Experience working within established creative principles or brand playbooks
  • Background in product storytelling translating product features into engaging social content
  • Experience assigning and adapting content formats (templates, series, etc.) to match platform-specific best practices
  • Familiarity with consumer tech, AR/VR products, or wearable devices
  • Portfolio demonstrating both creative risk-taking and brand consistency (Shown up in socials ex Instagram & TikTok)
