Build creative testing roadmaps that explore different messages, formats, audiences, offers, and stages of the customer journey
Review paid social performance in partnership with the media team and identify opportunities for new concepts, iterations, and creative directions
Use metrics such as hook rate, hold rate, click-through rate, conversion rate, CPA, and ROAS to evaluate creative performance and inform future testing
Lead brainstorms and contribute strategic thinking across multiple performance marketing clients
Build creative strategy decks and confidently present recommendations internally and to clients

Support the day-to-day execution of client work by documenting decisions, coordinating next steps, tracking deliverables, and following up with internal teams ahead of key deadlines
Provide clear, actionable feedback throughout the production process to ensure the final work reflects the original strategy
Stay current on paid social formats, platform behavior, creator trends, consumer behavior, and emerging creative opportunities
Manage multiple client priorities while maintaining a consistent pipeline of strategically distinct concepts, briefs, and launch-ready deliverables
