Position Title: Creative Technology & Automation Specialist

Location: Valley Forge, PA (Hybrid)

Pay Rate: $65 - $75 per hour

Position Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Creative Technology & Automation Specialist to join our dynamic Marketing Operations team on a 12-month contract basis. In this role, you will drive innovation by developing intelligent automation workflows, data visualizations, and integrating cutting-edge AI tools to optimize creative and marketing processes. If you excel at transforming complex data and creative needs into efficient, scalable solutions and thrive at the intersection of technology, data, and creativity, this opportunity is for you.

As a key contributor, you will build automation pipelines, craft insightful dashboards, and leverage AI to foster creative experimentation. Your work will enable faster decision-making, streamline operations, and support innovative marketing strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain automation workflows using Python, SQL, Power Automate, Fusion, and API integrations to enhance creative and marketing efficiency.
  • Design and implement dashboards with Tableau or similar tools to visualize data and provide strategic insights.
  • Collaborate with marketing and creative teams to understand objectives and translate them into technical solutions.
  • Integrate external data sources (social, behavioral, performance data) to identify trends and inform campaign strategies.
  • Support experimentation with AI and Large Language Models (LLMs) to improve content creation and workflow automation.
  • Stay abreast of emerging technologies and recommend innovative tools for rapid deployment and marketing agility.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proficiency in Python, SQL, and automation platforms like Power Automate and Fusion.
  • Strong experience working with APIs and integrating diverse data sources.
  • Knowledge of creative operations models and marketing execution environments.
  • Exposure to AI/ML tools and frameworks for creative and operational enhancements.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to translate creative needs into technical solutions.
