Job description

G5 Games is a Swedish developer and publisher of mobile games played by over 250 million people worldwide. Our hits, such as Sherlock, Hidden City, and Jewels of Rome, rank among the top charts and continue to grow. We believe that strong leaders create strong teams - they are the ones who drive projects forward and help achieve new heights.

We are currently looking for an experienced Creatives Project Manager to organize and coordinate creative production across in-house and outsourced teams. You will own the production process, help teams move faster from idea to tested creative, and drive the search for new creative winners that improve the game's early conversion funnel.

What you will work on:

  • Own the end-to-end creative production process across all company projects, managing production workflows, vendor relationships, budgets, and delivery to ensure high-quality creative assets are produced efficiently and on time.
  • Coordinate creative production across in-house and outsourced production teams.
  • Create and manage production tickets in Jira, ensuring smooth task execution and timely follow-up.
  • Intake and prioritize requests from multiple internal stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with artists, user acquisition, creative managers, marketing leads, product teams, and external vendors.
  • Manage vendor relationships, including negotiations, work order preparation, budget tracking, and budget approvals.
  • Identify production risks and blockers, proactively communicate solutions, and keep stakeholders informed.
  • Facilitate stand-ups, SCRUM ceremonies, and other production meetings when required.
  • Coordinate feedback loops, approvals, and delivery deadlines across multiple teams.
  • Review creative assets for quality and compliance with advertising specifications before delivery.
  • Deliver finalized assets to internal stakeholders.
  • Maintain production documentation, file organization, and naming conventions.
  • Build production reports and asset exports using Jira filters and Google Sheets.
  • Continuously optimize production workflows to improve efficiency and reduce turnaround times.

What We Expect:

  • 1+ years of project or production management experience.
  • Bachelor's degree in Art, Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
  • Experience managing fast-paced creative or art production pipelines.
  • Strong vendor management skills, including negotiations, work order preparation, budget tracking, and budget coordination.
  • Understanding of creative production processes and turnaround times for graphic design, video production, and playable ads.
  • Hands-on experience with Jira, including creating filters, dashboards, and production tracking workflows.
  • Proficiency in Google Sheets for reporting, production exports, and data organization.
  • Experience working with Google Drive and Seafile for digital asset management.
  • Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to prioritize multiple projects and adapt quickly to changing business needs.
  • Ability to follow established workflows while identifying opportunities for process improvement.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Passion for mobile gaming or advertising.
  • Proactive mindset and willingness to go the extra mile to ensure timely delivery of high-quality creative assets.

What We Offer:

  • Flexible Work Conditions - Fully remote format with no office restrictions. Convenient flexible schedule and transparent processes.
  • Development & Learning - Internal education system that includes workshops, webinars, and hackathons. Compensation for English and other language courses.
  • Relocation Support - Financial assistance and guidance at every step, from choosing a country (where G5 has offices) to legalizing your entire family.
  • Health & Well-being - Medical insurance and reimbursement for gym memberships. Team sports initiatives to promote a healthy lifestyle.
  • Bonus Program - Performance-based bonuses upon meeting sales targets. For key employees-profit-sharing from stock value growth.
  • Expert Community - Work alongside top industry professionals. Grow in a dynamic and innovative environment.

We look forward to your application!
