As a creator lead on the Social and Digital team, you'll lead Progressive's influencer and creator marketing program, developing strategies that drive brand awareness, engagement, and business impact. In this role, you'll coordinate the end-to-end development of creator campaigns, from strategy and creator selection through content development, activation, measurement, and optimization. You'll manage agency partners, identify and vet creators and online personalities, guide creative development, and collaborate across social media, media, brand, legal, PR, and analytics teams to bring creator-led programs to life.

This is a remote position.

Must-have qualifications

• High School diploma/GED equivalent or higher and a minimum of eight years work experience in digital marketing, specifically, Creator/Influencer marketing
• {OR} Bachelor's degree or higher in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or related field (e.g., Business), and a minimum of five years' experience digital marketing, specifically, Creator/Influencer marketing

Preferred skills

• Demonstrated experience building and scaling creator or influencer marketing programs for a large national consumer brand.
• Proven expertise in creator strategy, talent vetting, partnership development, and campaign execution across major social platforms.
• Experience managing agencies, external partners, and cross-functional partners while driving projects from concept through execution.
• Strong understanding of creator economics, social media trends, platform capabilities, and industry best practices.
• Ability to analyze campaign performance data and translate insights into actionable recommendations that improve business results.

Compensation

• $74,000 - $98,700/year
• Gainshare annual cash incentive payment up to 30% of your eligible earnings based on company performance
