As a Project Intern, you will contribute to impactful short-term projects and gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced, professional environment. This internship offers the opportunity to develop practical skills, apply your knowledge to real-world challenges, and explore your career interests. Responsibilities:

• Assist in providing end-to-end support for creator merchandizing in terms of data analysis, business strategy, and internal communications.
• Assist in incubating and growing e-commerce creators in terms of creator education, operations, and live stream support.
• Assist in conducting business analysis for overall central creator team performance, covering resource management to strategy formation.
• Assist in analyzing creator content quality and traffic in terms of creator governance and experience in TikTok. Minimum Qualifications:
• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree majors in Statistics, Information Management, Communications, E-commerce, or Marketing
• Proficient in Excel or Sheets, with familiarity with data cleaning and basic analysis.
• Logical, detail-oriented, and able to manage repetitive tasks with accuracy and care.
• Strong sense of responsibility, able to perform proactively, and effective in team communication and collaboration.
• Able to commit at least 5 working days per week for a minimum of 3 months;
