Position Overview:
Lead, coordinate and maintain all aspects of credentialing activities in accordance with required time frames, including initial applications, reappointments, allied health professionals, locum tenens and temporary privileges.
If applicable, maintains the privilege delineation system. Maintains the medical staff database. Assists with the OPPE report process.
As a lead will be responsible for the day to day operations of the credentialing department, managing work assignments, perform routine audits to ensure compliance of department policies, special credentialing projects, training employees, assist with standard work processes. Serves as the point of contact for credentialing questions and escalates issues to the manager as needed.

Pay Range is $39.39 to $59.09 / hour
The compensation range may vary based on the geographic location where the position is filled. Total compensation considers multiple factors, including, but not limited to a candidate's experience, education, skills, licensure, certifications, departmental equity, training, and organizational needs.
