    Description

    Credentialing Specialist

    Department: Human Resources

    Reports To: Human Resources Manager (or designated department leader)

    Position Summary: The Credentialing Specialist is responsible for managing and administering all credentialing processes for employees, coaches, players, contractors, vendors, media personnel, game-day staff, and visitors requiring access to New Orleans Saints / Pelicans facilities and events. This role ensures compliance with NFL security requirements, organizational policies, and stadium access protocols while maintaining accurate records and providing exceptional customer service to internal and external stakeholders.

    Essential Duties and Responsibilities

    • Manage the end-to-end credentialing process for team personnel, contractors, vendors, and guests.

    • Create, issue, renew, revoke, and track identification badges and access credentials.

    • Ensure compliance with NFL security policies and stadium access requirements.

    • Coordinate game-day, training camp, and special event credentialing operations.

    • Maintain secure credential databases and produce compliance reports.

    • Serve as the primary point of contact for credential-related inquiries.

    Qualifications

    • 2+ years of credentialing, security administration, HR administration, or event operations experience.

    • Sports or entertainment industry experience preferred.

    Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

    • Attention to detail and accuracy.

    • Strong organizational and communication skills.

    • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.

    • Ability to maintain confidentiality and provide excellent customer service.

    Work Environment

    • Availability for evenings, weekends, holidays, and game days.

    • Occasional travel may be required.
