Client Overview:

Our client is a fast-growing healthcare organization focused on mental health solutions. The company delivers innovative care to diverse populations. They are currently looking to add a Credentialing Temp to their team. They are known for their supportive work environment and commitment to employee development.

Salary/Hourly Rate:

$22/hr

Position Overview:

The Credentialing Temp will support credentialing operations by processing files, ensuring compliance, and maintaining accurate records. They will provide live QA and Class 2 file support, monitor monthly compliance, and communicate with providers. Candidates must have prior credentialing experience to be considered for this position. This role will be approximately 6-8 weeks in length to cover LOAs for their team.

Responsibilities of the Credentialing Temp:

  • Process credentialing files accurately and efficiently.
  • Provide live QA and Class 2 file support.
  • Conduct monthly monitoring for compliance.
  • Communicate with providers to support credentialing needs.
  • Maintain data accuracy and update records.
  • Support audits and submissions to assigned hospitals.
  • Ensure timely and complete database entries.
  • Assist with electronic and paper file maintenance.

Required Experience/Skills for the Credentialing Temp:

  • Prior experience in healthcare credentialing.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Proficiency in maintaining electronic and paper records.
  • Experience with database entry and file management.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
  • Commitment to compliance and data accuracy.

Preferred Experience/Skills for the Credentialing Temp:

  • Knowledge of Zendesk and Medallion.
  • Familiarity with compliance and regulatory requirements.
  • Experience supporting audits and provider communication.
  • Knowledge of credentialing processes and procedures.

Education Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent is required.
  • Additional education or training in healthcare administration is preferred.
