Responsibilities
Process and verify credentials requests with accuracy and speed.
Track pipeline metrics and report progress against targets weekly.
Ensure compliance with applicable policies, standards, and deadlines.
Maintain up-to-date credentialing records in the system daily.
Identify bottlenecks in credentialing processes and propose improvements.
Collaborate with sales/operations to forecast credentialing capacity and demand.
Coordinate approvals and escalations with internal stakeholders as needed.
Provide accurate status updates to teammates during daily standups.
Assist in onboarding new hires or clients requiring credentials validation.
Support audits by preparing documentation and audit-ready reports.
Maintain a high level of customer service and responsiveness inquiries.
Stay informed about industry best practices and credentialing trends.
Experience/Qualifications
Experience with credentialing or compliance workflows in fast-paced teams.
Strong attention to detail with accuracy in processing requests.
Proficiency with CRM/credentiaI systems and daily data entry.
Ability to monitor pipelines and report weekly progress against targets.
Familiarity with audit prep and producing audit-ready documentation.
Ability to identify bottlenecks and propose process improvements.
Excellent customer service skills and responsiveness to inquiries.
Cross-functional collaboration with sales/operations for capacity planning.
Willingness to participate in onboarding for new hires/clients needing credentials.
On-site availability to align with company on-site work model.
