Responsibilities
Coordinate credentialing processes for new hires and vendors to ensure timely onboarding.
Verify licenses, certifications, and approvals against regulatory requirements.
Ensure adherence to internal policies and external regulatory guidelines in all credentialing activities.
Maintain and update credentialing records with accuracy and audit readiness.
Track credentialing pipelines and provide status updates to stakeholders weekly.
Generate and analyze metrics to measure credentialing efficiency and cycle time.
Collaborate with HR and hiring managers to resolve credential gaps swiftly.
Assist in maintaining secure documentation and controlled access to sensitive credentials.
Identify process improvements to streamline credentialing workflows and reduce bottlenecks.
Prepare reports on credentialing milestones for leadership review and forecasting.
Support training initiatives to upskill team members on credentialing best practices.
Experience/Qualifications
3+ years in credentialing, regulatory compliance, or on-boarding administration.
Strong knowledge of licensing, certification, and regulatory guidelines applicable to roles.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent in HR, administration, or healthcare-related field.
Proven ability to maintain audit-ready credentialing records and controlled access.
Experience with credentialing software, databases, or applicant tracking systems.
Excellent data analytics skills; track metrics like cycle time and throughput.
Process improvement mindset; identify bottlenecks and implement solutions.
Strong collaboration with HR and hiring managers to resolve gaps quickly.
Ability to prepare leadership-ready reports and forecast credentialing needs.
On-site presence with disciplined time management and high visibility to metrics.
