Description

  • Perform a variety of duties working with Credit Administration and Relationship Managers to maintain commercial credit files through reviewing and verifying financials, tax returns, annual trends/reviews, and other credit file documents submitted, utilizing information received to accurately update the credit file, communicating effectively throughout the process regarding the status and requirements of the credit file, and maintaining the overall accuracy and integrity of the information contained in the credit file database.
  • Compile, track and review Loan Committee submissions ensuring accuracy, consistency, handling of corrections, compilation of the agenda, and ensuring all submissions go to the proper committees, then disseminating approvals appropriately.
  • Complete various credit administration reports as assigned, including various exception and tracking reports.
  • Download daily Cognos reports in order to complete CD, Deposit, Loan and LOC Renewal information in Loan Presentations.
  • Constructively interact with customers, coworkers, and Relationship Managers, coordinating specific work tasks with others and ensuring a smooth and efficient flow of information.

HOURS will average approximately 40 per week. This position is budgeted for 2,080 hours per year.

Requirements

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and related program software.
  • Proficient with or the ability to quickly learn position-related software.
  • Ability to type a net 60 WPM.
  • Ability to use general office equipment.
  • Good communication and interpersonal relation skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to multi-task as necessary.
  • Knowledge of bank lending and loan processing policies and procedures. (preferred)
  • Willingness to obtain notary as deemed necessary. (preferred)
  • High school diploma or equivalent educational experience.
  • One year of job-related experience.
