Job Description and Responsibilities (Other duties may be assigned to meet business needs):

This position will report to the CFO and will be responsible for analysis of global customer creditworthiness and related analysis. Previous credit analyst experience helpful but not required. The successful candidate will have a background demonstrating an analytical mind, attention to detail, self-starter attitude, MS Excel expertise, intellectual curiosity and problem-solving skills.

Additional daily tasks are as follows:

• Analyzing creditworthiness of potential customers/lessees, existing customers/lessees
• Perform quantitative and qualitative analysis on individual customers (airlines, MRO, trading) - assessing suitability for new business
• Assist senior management in setting credit policies and credit framework
• Evaluating airline business plans and operational statistics to assess creditworthiness and identify potential risks
• Monitor credit profiles and deal with any issues arising from credit events or changes to risk profile
• Monitor macroeconomic and regional events, advising executive teams and proposing solutions to mitigate risks from business activities
• Solve the credit-related issues and complete credit-related reports
• Provide credit and market information to support transactions
• Prepare internal documentation for new, existing or restructured transactions
• Liaise with internal teams and shareholders to obtain approvals for transactions
• Monitor existing and potential customers and the market from a credit risk point of view
• Conduct credit assessments of customers/lessors as part of due diligence process
• Oversee and carry out on-site visits to current / potential customers in order to assess their finances and business plans
• Design and improve processes and controls within internal risk management framework

Required Qualifications:

• 4 Year Bachelor’s Degree, work towards CFA or other comparable accreditation helpful
• Outstanding skills in Excel (financial modeling), Word and Powerpoint
• Excellent time management and organizational skills – needs to work independently and collaboratively
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills across business units and regions
• Ability to present data to senior level management and C Suite
