Job PurposeThis junior level position is responsible for assisting with collection efforts by using the established strategies and processes. This role will include administrative tasks (such as invoice delivery and problem/dispute resolution research) for the overall Collections team by aiding in special projects and other tasks. Much of the collection efforts will be via email and escalation to a more experienced Credit - Collection Analyst for more complex situations.
