Tuesday - Saturday | 1:00 PM - 8:00 PM EST

Here's what we're looking for.

• 2 years in credit processing operations
• Experience with customer relationships management (CRM) sysems
• Able to take full ownership of the credit department processes/workflow
• Proficiency in QuickBooks
• Experience with processing loans/financial applications preferred

Key Responsibilities

• Open and close the office daily, ensuring smooth and professional operations
• Manage end-to-end credit application processing, ensuring accuracy and compliance
• Review customer documentation and maintain organized, complete records
• Verify customer purchases, including payment authorization and signed agreements
• Submit and manage credit reporting to financial bureaus
• Ensure completed installations include proper photo documentation
• Track applications, customer data, and workflows using CRM systems (Monday.com)
• Utilize QuickBooks for scheduling, reporting, and financial tracking
• Participate in virtual meetings with cross-functional teams to align on operations
• Identify process gaps and implement improvements to support scalability
