We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Credit Assistant to join our team in Sarasota, FL. As a Credit Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting our credit department by assisting with the evaluation and management of credit applications. Responsibilities

• Assist in processing credit applications and conducting credit checks.
• Maintain accurate records of credit transactions and customer interactions.
• Collaborate with team members to assess creditworthiness and risk factors.
• Respond to inquiries from customers and internal departments regarding credit policies.
• Prepare reports and summaries related to credit activities as needed.
• Support the credit team in administrative tasks and special projects.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree in finance or related field preferred.
• Previous experience in a credit or finance-related role is a plus.
• Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a dynamic environment.

• Microsoft Excel
