In this role, you will support customers and internal teams by managing invoicing, credit processing, and account maintenance.Key ResponsibilitiesGenerate warehouse and e-commerce invoices and send to customersProcess returns and credit memos accurately with proper documentationCollaborate with internal teams to resolve invoice discrepanciesMaintain tracking and reporting for returns and creditsSupport customer inquiries related to billing and account activityMaintain and update customer accounts, including account setupProvide A/R reporting to Sales teamsProcess claims, credits, and reimbursements within required timelinesAssist with shortages, overages, rebates, and adjustmentsServe as backup support for team functions as neededQualifications2+ years of experience in Credit, Accounting, or a related fieldStrong organizational and time management skillsAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environmentExcellent communication and customer service skillsAbility to handle confidential information with professionalismTechnical SkillsProficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint)Experience with ERP/accounting systems (Apprise, BOT, or similar preferred)Ability to learn new systems quicklyWhy Join AOT?Collaborative and supportive team environmentOpportunity to grow within a dynamic organizationHands-on role with cross-functional exposure#J-18808-Ljbffr
