Credit Card Servicing Representative

LOCATION

 Fort Worth, Texas | Hybrid (Monday–Friday remote schedule with hybrid office requirements)

COMPENSATION & SCHEDULE

• $21.00–$30.00 per hour

• Monday–Friday schedule

ROLE IMPACT

 Support the day-to-day servicing of credit card accounts while delivering an exceptional client experience. This role resolves account inquiries, processes transactions accurately, and partners with internal teams to minimize risk, maintain compliance, and help clients successfully manage their accounts.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Respond to inbound and outbound client inquiries regarding balances, transactions, payments, fees, disputes, and account status while delivering professional, compliant service.

• Process payments, adjustments, reversals, and account maintenance requests accurately while researching and resolving transaction discrepancies.

• Educate clients on payment responsibilities, available assistance options, and account terms to support positive account performance.

• Transition past-due accounts to Collections according to established procedures and identify potential risks that may lead to delinquency.

 • Collaborate with Collections, Recovery, Disputes, Fraud, and other internal teams to resolve complex account issues and support process improvements.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

• High school diploma or equivalent required; college coursework or degree preferred.

• 1–3 years of banking, financial services, or related customer service experience.

 • Demonstrated ability to provide exceptional client service while maintaining accuracy, confidentiality, and compliance.

CORE TOOLS & SYSTEMS

• Microsoft Excel

• Microsoft Word

• Credit card servicing and account management systems

• Payment processing systems

 • Customer relationship management (CRM) platforms

PREFERRED SKILLS

• Previous call center experience preferred.

• Strong analytical, mathematical, and problem-solving skills.

 • Ability to interpret policies, apply regulatory requirements, manage multiple priorities, and take ownership of work while producing accurate results.
