Credit & Collection Analyst

What You’ll Do:

• Maintain continual communication with customers to ensure invoices are paid on time
• Work toward and meet forecasted DSO (Days Sales Outstanding) and cash collection goals
• Analyze and reconcile customer accounts
• Review credit limits and payment terms
• Perform monthly revenue audits
• Assist with special projects and other Accounts Receivable initiatives as needed

What You Bring:

• 4-year degree preferred
• 5 years of relevant experience in Collections and Customer Service
• Clear understanding of basic accounting principles
• Knowledge of JD Edwards (JDE) is a plus
• Professional written and verbal communication skills
• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
• Strong organizational and follow-up skills

Compensation:Pay for this role is competitive and based on experience, qualifications, and performance. The typical pay range for this position is $60,000.00 - $75,000.00 annually, with potential for bonuses and incentives plus benefits. Final compensation is determined on a case-by-case basis and considers a variety of factors including experience level, skillset, and market conditions.
