What your future day will look like:
  • Manage a portfolio of customer accounts, reviewing balances and following up on past due invoices.
  • Research and resolve billing discrepancies by working with customers and internal departments.
  • Analyze deductions, validate supporting documentation, and determine appropriate resolutions.
  • Monitor account performance metrics, including DSO, and partner with internal teams to improve outcomes.
  • Maintain detailed account notes and prepare reporting on aging, trends, and resolution plans.
  • Support additional AR functions such as cash application, portal uploads, and audit requests as needed.

Type: Direct Hire

To be a champion in this role, you will need:
  • 2+ years of experience in accounts receivable or collections roles
  • Prior experience with B2B collections and customer account management preferred
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel for reporting and data review
  • Ability to resolve complex issues independently while using sound judgment
  • Effective communication and negotiation skills with both internal teams and external customers
  • Organized, detail-driven work style with the ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities
