Jefferies Finance Portfolio Associate - Credit Risk & Portfolio Management Overview
Seeking a Portfolio Associate to support the management and monitoring of a diversified portfolio of leveraged and corporate loan exposures. This individual will partner closely with Underwriting, Leveraged Finance, Capital Markets, and Relationship Management teams to evaluate credit performance, identify emerging risks, and support credit decision-making throughout the life of a transaction.
The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in credit analysis, financial statement analysis, and commercial lending, with experience monitoring non-investment grade companies.

Qualifications
2-5 years of experience in:
Commercial Banking
Corporate Banking
Leveraged Finance
Credit Risk Management
Asset-Based Lending (ABL)
Portfolio Management
Experience analyzing non-investment grade and leveraged borrowers.
Strong understanding of commercial loan structures and credit documentation.
Familiarity with revolvers, term loans, ABL facilities, and covenant packages.
Financial modeling and credit underwriting experience.
Formal Credit Training Program preferred.
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.

New York, NY Full Time Base Salary Range of $100,000 - 150,000.
