Not remote.Job Description The Senior Review Appraiser will utilize Mercury Network to track residential real estate appraisals/evaluations, review appraisals for compliance with USPAP and FIRREA, evaluate reasonableness of concluded values, and interact with associates, management, clients, and vendors in a professional and respectful manner. The role requires independent issue resolution related to appraisals and providing sound recommendations to management regarding risk. Appraisal conclusions must be communicated verbally and in writing.
