Credit Specialist
Salary: $50,000 to $54,000

Key Responsibilities for the Credit Specialist:
- Manage customer follow-up regarding outstanding balances and collection activities.
- Process check deposits and ensure customer accounts are accurately maintained.
- Support accounts receivable functions, including customer account management and payment processing.
- Respond to customer questions and resolve payment and billing issues.
- Maintain accurate financial records while providing strong customer service.
Qualifications for the Credit Specialist:
- Customer service experience preferred; AR experience highly preferred.
- Associate or bachelor's degree highly desired.
