Credit Union Universal Branch Representative - Experience as a Teller Required!

We are currently seeking a Universal Banker for a credit union located in El Segundo, CA!

Type: Full-time, Temp-to-hire

Pay: $20-22 hour

Branch hours: Monday – Friday: 8:00am-5:00pm

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for providing in person support to the members in a branch setting.
• Assist members with opening new accounts (Regular Shares, Share Draft, Money Market, Term Accounts, IRAs, etc.).
• Assists members with servicing all credit union products and services including share accounts, loan products, term accounts, and IRAs.
• Initiate loan applications and process paperwork.
• Process transfers, disbursements, payroll changes, and direct deposit documents.
• Answer basic and routine member inquiries regarding credit union policies and procedures.

Requirements:

• 1 to 2 years of credit union or bank experience performing transactions in person.
• Experience opening new accounts a plus!
• Ability to professionally assist members with credit union products and services.
• Basic knowledge of loan products.
• Must have a working knowledge of Microsoft Word.
