We're hiring a Tool Room Crew Chief to help drive our continued success!
Purpose of the role
MHIRJ's network of service centers, support offices and parts depots are positioned in important aviation hubs in the U.S. The Tool Room Crew Chief is responsible for inventory control and serviceability of tools and equipment supporting maintenance activities; ensuring compliance with safety standards, technical requirements, and organizational procedures while maintaining accurate inventory and calibration records. This position will train and support personnel, coordinate with maintenance and logistics teams, and maintain a safe, organized, and efficient toolroom environment.

Here is what is required to succeed:
High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
0-2 years of experience in one or more of the following areas:
Warehouse operations
Shipping and receiving
Tool crib management
Valid driver's license required.
Demonstrated customer service experience.
Strong ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
Proven ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
