Crew Helper
The Job Center Staffing is hiring associates on a temporary to hire basis for Crew Helpers currently in the Cincinnati area. Compensation/Shift/Benefits for Crew Helper:
- Hourly wage: $18/hr
- Shift: Monday-Friday 7am-5pm
- Benefits include: Medical, Dental, Vision, 401(k), PTO
- Eligibility for the Work and Win program – Rent/Mortgage paid for a year
Responsibilities for Crew Helper:
- Prepare fencing materials (wood, vinyl, chain link, aluminum, steel) for installation crews.
- Load, unload, and deliver materials, tools, and equipment to job sites using company trucks and trailers.
- Maintain accurate inventory, receive and verify deliveries, and prepare orders based on work schedules.
- Follow all safety protocols and PPE requirements.
- Communicate effectively with supervisors, crew members, and clients; report safety hazards or project concerns promptly.
Requirements for Crew Helper:
- Prior experience in construction or landscaping
- Ability to lift between 50-80 pounds
- Ability to keep up with a fast pace changing environment
- Ability to remain in good attendance standing
- Bilingual is a plus
