This position is responsible for leading a directional drilling crew and ensuring the successful completion of directional drilling projects. The crew leader will oversee all aspects of the drilling operation, including planning, execution, and safety compliance.

Key responsibilities include:

• Supervising and coordinating the directional drilling crew
• Ensuring adherence to safety protocols and regulations
• Managing drilling equipment and supplies
• Monitoring progress and making necessary adjustments to drilling plans
• Reporting to senior management on project status and any issues encountered

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a directional drill crew leader
• Strong knowledge of directional drilling techniques and equipment
