CREW LEADER NEEDED – NIGHT SHIFT – $18/HR SAVARD Personnel Group is hiring a Crew Leader for a manufacturing facility in the Houston area. Job Responsibilities:
Lead and support the production crew during the shift.
Assign tasks and help keep production on schedule.
Monitor product quality and report any issues.
Ensure employees follow safety procedures and company guidelines.
Assist with production duties as needed.
Keep the work area clean and organized.
Requirements:
Previous manufacturing or production experience preferred.
Previous leadership or team lead experience is a plus.
Good communication and problem-solving skills.
Ability to follow safety procedures and production instructions.
Reliable attendance and ability to work overnight.
Ability to stand, walk, and perform physical work throughout the shift.
