The role may involve performing routine job functions of a spotter, flagger, ground person, tree trimmer, or crew leader. Additionally, the crew leader promotes sound personnel relations and exercises fair and reasonable judgment in resolving crew problems. With guidance from the General Foreperson, the crew leader is responsible for hiring, firing, promoting, disciplining, and training all employees assigned to the crew. |
