Responsibilities:
Supervise and train a team of lawn maintenance technicians.
Plan and execute daily lawn care tasks, including mowing, edging and trimming.
Ensure adherence to safety protocols and company policies on job sites.
Conduct quality control inspections to maintain high service standards.
Communicate effectively with management to understand clients needs and provide solutions.
Manage equipment maintenance and report any issues promptly.
Assist in scheduling and route planning for efficient service delivery as needed.
Promote teamwork and a positive work environment among crew members.
Requirements:
Proven experience in lawn maintenance or landscaping, preferably in a leadership role.
