Viking Moving and Storage is looking for an experienced Crew Leader to lead our moving teams. If you have 3+ years of moving experience, are reliable, physically fit, and enjoy working with people, we want you on our team!
What You’ll Do:
As a Crew Leader you’ll lead by example while helping with all aspects of moves:
Packing & Preparation:
Safely pack and protect customers’ belongings using proper materials.
Disassemble and reassemble furniture as needed.
Loading & Unloading:
Load and unload trucks carefully to prevent damage.
Secure items for safe transport.
Driving & Transport:
Operate moving trucks safely to and from destinations.
Navigate efficiently and communicate any issues to management.
Customer Interaction:
Provide friendly, professional service to all customers.
Handle fragile items with extra care and address customer questions or concerns.
Team & General Duties:
Conduct inventory checks to ensure all items are accounted for.
Maintain clean, organized trucks and work areas.
Follow all company policies and safety procedures.
Qualifications:
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
3+ years moving company experience preferred.
Physically fit and able to lift heavy items.
Strong communication and customer service skills.
