A Crew Leader supports a team of employees to ensure they complete their job tasks appropriately and in a timely manner. Job duties vary by industry and business needs, your primary responsibilities are to support, train, and guide the sales force to achieve production on assigned branches.
The Company may consider integrating a Crew Leader when there are 3 or more branches in a city or cities, when the Area Manager does not reside locally.

· Office Environment. · Open sales floor or a supermarket customer service booth. · The environment in this position may vary based on the location of the store. It is expected that the noise level in commercial locations will be at a moderate level. · The company will assign you a vehicle based on the distance traveled between branches, and it will be subject to analysis, discretion, and approval.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Following and promoting the company values: excellence, integrity, and growth. · Responsible for a certain percentage of the time working -filling in as a Sales Associate as needed, and the rest of the time will be to support training and other activities assigned in other branches (Refer to the Sales Associate Job Description). · Support manager in coaching of Sales Associates, Senior Sales Associate and Lead for company sales, services, and cross training on site. · Assess, coach and reinforce continuous collaborative relationships with employees and clients. · Help establish and reinforce continuous collaborative communication between departments. · Demonstrate excellent customer service to attract and retain both employees and clients. · Help manager administer in the respective branches the full range of company products and services. · Assist manager in overseeing guidance for Sales Associates, Senior Sales Associate and Lead with conflict resolution procedures. · Formulate and implement continuous interaction methods with Sales Associates, Senior Sales Associate and Lead to determine customer needs and interests are met. · Build a good relationship with existing potential customer base to encourage customers to use products and services. · Hand highly confidential information for customer records. · Advise the Area Manager on Sales Associate schedule, maintenance, and changes. · Compile and manage document filing and management. · Solicits new or existing customers through inbound and outbound calls and marketing campaigns. · Visit to multiple company branches required. · Looking for expansion opportunities may be required.
· Identify and recommend additional company products and services that meet customer needs, cross-selling focused on meeting goals. Use available company materials (flyers or prizes) to promote and offer the company's products. · Support company marketing initiatives when required, such as distributing flyers, sharing promotional materials with customers, or assisting with in-store and out-of-store campaigns, always ensuring professionalism and alignment with company branding. · Other duties as assigned.
