Crew Leader- Full time/2nd Shift
Licking/Knox Goodwill Industries, Inc.
Location: DSCC/ 401 N. Yearling Road, Whitehall, Ohio 43213
Pay: $18.55 per hour
Schedule: Monday-Friday - 3:30pm to 12:00am
Transportation is available from Newark to job site
Job Duties:
- Complete all assigned cleaning task per contract requirements
- Comply with all production and quality control standards
- Attend all training requirements as directed by supervisor
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- Must be 18 years old
- Must have Federal Real ID (Star at top right-hand corner on Driver's license or State ID)
- Successfully pass a background check
- Must pass a pre-employment drug screen. (THC included)
Skills/Abilities:
- Supervise 8-10 employees
- Meet attendance standards
- Ability to work without supervision
- Meet established production and quality control standards
- Maintain accurate records
- Communicates well with the public
Physical Requirements:
- Lift up to 25 pds.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Applications
- Stand for 2 hrs with break
- Bend, stoop, twist, walk long distances, reach, etc.
