Description
Crew Members are generally responsible for delivering great and friendly guest experiences. They prepare products according to operational and quality standards and serve them with enthusiasm in a clean, fast-paced environment. They work as part of a team to meetguests' needs and give them a reason to come back.
Skills/Minimum Qualifications:
- Must be at least 16 years old
- Capable of standing for long periods
- Able to lift 50 lbs or more
- Able to speak English fluently
- Basic Computer Skills
- Able to count money and make change
- Previous QSR experience (preferred, not required)

What You'll Do:- Operate fryers and grills to prepare quality menu items efficiently
- Interact with guests at the POS system, ensuring smooth and accurate transactions
- Maintain cleanliness and follow food safety procedures

Who You Are:- MUST be 18+ years or older to apply
- MUST have at least 1+ year working in a fast food restaurant setting (No experience, need not to apply)
- Experience handling fryers, grill, and POS systems in a QSR setting
- A team player with strong communication skills
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy
- Passionate about great food and customer service
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- Reliable, punctual, and ready to hustle
