What You'll Do
- Assist the crew with foundation repair, waterproofing, concrete lifting, piering, and crawl space projects
- Dig, lift, carry, and operate hand and power tools on residential job sites
- Mix and pour materials, install systems, and help keep the site clean and organized
- Load and unload equipment and materials
- Follow safety procedures and the direction of your crew lead
- Represent Home Shield professionally on every customer's property
What We're Looking For
- A strong work ethic and a positive, can-do attitude
- Reliability -- you show up on time, ready to work
- Willingness to do physical labor outdoors in all seasons (lifting up to 50+ lbs, digging, kneeling, bending)
- Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team
- A valid driver's license is a plus
- Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen
- Spanish/English bilingual a plus (not required)
