We're growing and looking for hardworking, dependable Crew Members to join us. No experience? No problem. If you show up on time, work hard, and want to learn a real trade, we'll teach you everything you need to know.

What You'll Do

• Assist the crew with foundation repair, waterproofing, concrete lifting, piering, and crawl space projects
• Dig, lift, carry, and operate hand and power tools on residential job sites
• Mix and pour materials, install systems, and help keep the site clean and organized
• Load and unload equipment and materials
• Follow safety procedures and the direction of your crew lead
• Represent Home Shield professionally on every customer's property

What We're Looking For

• A strong work ethic and a positive, can-do attitude
• Reliability -- you show up on time, ready to work
• Willingness to do physical labor outdoors in all seasons (lifting up to 50+ lbs, digging, kneeling, bending)
• Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team
• A valid driver's license is a plus
• Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen
• Spanish/English bilingual a plus (not required)
