• A little of everything - taking orders, cooking burgers & fries, building delicious sandwiches, keeping the dining room clean, prepping fresh ingredients.
• Maintain friendly, fast, and accurate service, ensuring an excellent customer experience and that all products consistently meet company standards.
• Keep the restaurant up to Five Guys company standards regarding cleanliness, neatness, and customer accessibility.
• Work as a team player to support other employees in completing their tasks.
• Complete all other duties as assigned.
• Ability to connect with our guests - providing them with best-in-class customer service
• Experience in a fast-food environment preferred but not required.
• Ability to keep the store clean and follow food safety regulations.
• Ability to get to work on time and adhere to scheduled shifts.
• Must be at least 16 years old.
• Ability to stand on hard surfaces for long periods of time in warm and cold temperatures.
• The ability to lift supplies and materials up to 30 lbs.
