POSITION OVERVIEW

We are hiring Front of House Team Members to join our crew. As a

FOH Team Member, you will be assigned to one or more of our front-of-house

positions based on the needs of the shift. All positions are trained,

certified, and rotated — the more you learn, the more valuable you become. FOH

Team Members are the face of Haaz's: you own the guest experience from the

moment someone walks in to the moment they receive their order.

FOH POSITIONS YOU MAY WORK

Cashier

• Take and input orders accurately via register or kiosk support
• Process cash, card, and digital payments with speed and precision
• Greet every guest with energy — set the tone for their experience
• Answer menu questions confidently and communicate modifications to the team

Beverage Maker

• Build and label every drink order accurately to match each ticket
• Keep the beverage station stocked, clean, and running smoothly
• Coordinate with Expo to ensure every order has its drinks before release

Expo (Order Expeditor)

• Pull completed food from the kitchen and match every item to the printed receipt
• Verify orders for accuracy before they are bagged — own the standard, no exceptions
• Coordinate between the kitchen, beverages, and guest-facing team
• Confirm delivery driver identity before releasing any delivery orders

Bagger / Runner

• Perform a final check on every order — confirm items, sauces, and condiments
• Bag orders neatly and professionally to Haaz's presentation standard
• Run orders to dine-in guests or hand off at the counter with a positive interaction

FOH Support

• Own the cleanliness of the dining room, restrooms, and front-of-house stations
• Restock condiments, napkins, lids, straws, and utensils throughout the shift
• Clean and reset tables immediately — keep the dining room guest-ready at all times

• No experience required — we provide full paid training and certification
• Energetic, reliable, and guest-focused — you care about doing the job right
• Ability to stay sharp and focused during a fast-paced rush
• A team player who communicates well and shows up ready to work
• Punctual and dependable — your team counts on you
• Ability to stand for extended periods in a fast-paced environment
• Must be at least 16 years of age
