A G.I.I.C.A. LLC (Little Caesar's) Crew Member delivers over the top guest experience while working in a variety of roles within the restaurant. Whether they are making the dough or helping our customers at the front counter, they are focused on hot and ready food, and creating happy guests.

Requirements:

• Must be at least 16 years old
• Must be Authorized to work in the United States
• Must be able to lift and move up to 50 Pounds or assist in heavier items.
• Must be able to stand and walk for long periods of time, as well as squat down to lift.
• Must have excellent communication skills and the ability to express a positive attitude towards others.
• Must be able to understand and follow directions and instructions.

The global chain that Little Caesars is today began with a blind date between Mike Ilitch and Marian Bayoff that was arranged by Mike’s father in 1954. Within just a matter of months, the couple was married. We continue to be a family owned business that believes in hard work, having fun and making it so every family can afford pizza night.
