Crew Member - Mornings

Position Summary

The Crew Member is responsible for delivering excellent

customer service while maintaining a clean, safe, and efficient work

environment. Crew Members work in various areas of the restaurant including

front counter, drive-thru, grill, fryer, food preparation, and cleaning.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide friendly and professional customer service at all times.
• Operate the cash register accurately and handle cash, credit, and debit transactions.
• Operate drive-thru headset and ensure order accuracy and efficiency.
• Prepare customer orders quickly and correctly.
• Operate grill and cook meats according to company standards.
• Operate fryer safely and follow all fryer safety procedures.
• Prepare meats, vegetables, and other food items according to recipes and guidelines.
• Maintain cleanliness of kitchen, lobby, restrooms, and work areas.
• Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines.
• Work effectively during busy hours and support team members as needed.
• Complete opening, closing, and side duties as assigned.
• Perform all other typical restaurant duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Basic math skills for cash handling.
• Ability to stand for extended periods.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
