Rip Tide Car Wash is looking for full-time/part-time Crew Members for all shifts, including weekends. No experience required.

Responsibilities:
  • Greet guests in a friendly manner, creating a pleasant atmosphere
  • Manage payment transactions
  • Engage customers and sell Rip Tide monthly memberships
  • Follow car wash policies and procedures
  • Ensure cleanliness of workstations, i.e. vacuums unclogged, hoses hung properly, trash cans emptied, and product is stocked
  • Be proficient in membership deals and promos
  • Safely guide customers onto wash tunnel
  • Ensure tunnel cleanliness

Qualities:
  • Must be 18 years or older
  • Self-motivated
  • Proactive team player
  • Organization skills
  • Must have reliable transportation
  • Bilingual in Spanish a plus
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to be on your feet for long hours at a time
  • Willingness to work in all weather conditions
  • Ability to lift a moderate amount of weight
